Delivery within Europe
European Standard Delivery service is quoted based on the location of each country in Europe. There are 6 zones in Europe. The zone 1 : Channel Island / the zone 2 : Republic of Ireland / the zone 3 : Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg / the zone 4 : France, Germany, Denmark / the zone 5 : Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece / the zone 6 : Rest of Europe. The shipping cost depends on the zone where the country is located.

Please note, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver UK in 2-3 working days and international EU orders within 1 week.
RETURNS
In rare cases, due to your mismeasurement of sizes and misunderstanding of the product without reading the description, you may cancel and return the product back to us, then, considering the immense job in the heavy and huge box-packaging, we inform you that:
1) we shall refund fully deducting the delivery cost when it returns in their original packaging, in an unused condition,
2) the return delivery cost is also borne by the customer,
3) the 10% handling charge of the product price shall be deducted from the full refund due to the heavy packaging labour cost.
